By creating timeless designs instead of following the latest fads or producing ‘sculptured pieces’, Klöber aesthetics reliably deliver a trusted corporate signature. ‘Visible ergonomics, intuitive operation and a high level of comfort were top of the agenda’, according to Matthias Dohm, designer of the latest DUERA chair from Klöber.

But the credence of timeless design is now being augmented through the use of visually exciting and scientifically avant-garde textiles, in particular a form of microfibre. Microfibre has the same appearance and touch of soft glove leather, but with far superior durability and inherent stain resistance.

Particularly exciting is the plethora of embossed patterns and colours which can be achieved with microfibre and Klöber has ingeniously applied gold, silver, brushed aluminium colours and leather skins to the upholstery on the Duera collection.

Ingeniously simple. With a patented quick-adjustment mechanism for setting the counter-pressure of the backrest Duera can be adjusted to individual body weight in a matter of seconds, and the point-synchronised mechanism ensures a natural movement.
